Ingredients
- 45 mlApplejack brandy
- 22.5 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 15 mlVermouth amaro (Pun.)
- 5 mlHoney and water syrup
- 6 dropLavender liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2No garnish to prepare.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Serve naked, without garnish.
