Ingredients
- 1 cube Sugar cube
- 6 dropMargarita Bitters
- 10 mlElderflower liqueur
- 120 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method

Drip one drop of bitters on each side of the sugar cube plus 2 more drops on the last face [one each for luck].

Drop the bitters-soaked sugar cube into a chilled glass, then pour other ingredients over cube.
