Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 30 mlClaret wine
- 7.5 mlCrème de cassis
- 10 mlHoney and water syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a GOBLET GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprig and berries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Serve with a straw.
