- 45 mlNavy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
- 3 barspoonHoney
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 60 mlChilled water
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
- 3STIR honey with other ingredients in base of shaker until the honey is dissolved.
- 4SHAKE with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with lime wedge.
