- 22.5 mlJalapeño tequila
- 22.5 mlMezcal
- 15 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 5 mlSugar cane syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of salt rim (coat one-third outside of glass with lime juice and salt).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
