Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlBrown sugar syrup
- 75 mlBoiling water
Method
- 1Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized lemon zest twist.
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients in warmed glass and stir.
- 4TOP with boiling water while spoon still in glass and briefly stir.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
