- 1β4 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
- 1β6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0Β°Brix)
- 3 dried Clove
- 2 fl oz Boiling water
