- 15 mlApricot liqueur
- 22.5 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlAgricole rhum (unaged)
- 6 dropDaiquiri bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple (or lime) wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with pineapple (or lime) wedge on rim.
