Ingredients
- 4 fresh Raspberries
- 45 mlGin
- 30 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 30 mlRed bitter liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of fresh raspberries.
- 3MUDDLE raspberries in base of mixing glass.
- 4Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 6Garnish with 3 raspberries on ice.
