Ingredients
- 30 mlWhite overproof rum
- 30 mlFino sherry
- 15 mlFalernum liqueur
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 10 mlCream of coconut
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
