- 2 whole Green cardamom pods
- 60 mlVodka
- 15 mlGinger liqueur
- 30 mlMango purée
- 15 mlLime juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mango slice.
- 3MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients.
- 5SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
