  • 30 mlCranberry and morello cherry puree
  • 30 ml*Special ingredient #1
Method

    POUR all ingredients into tin, add ice and churn with spoon.

    <strong>Special ingredient #1</strong> = Hazelnut and orange blossom syrup.

    Blend the following and super fine strain.

    15g Citric acid.

    7ml Orange blossom water.

    275g Caster sugar.

    120ml Hazelnut liqueur.
  8. 8
    4 Cardamom pods.
  9. 9
    5g Maldon sea salt.
  10. 10
    5ml Vanilla curd.
  11. 11
    120ml Benedictine.
  12. 12
    275g Water.
