- 60 mlGin
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 90 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and rosemary sprig.
- 3POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
- 4FILL glass with ice.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish along with rosemary sprig.
