Ingredients
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist. (Or some prefer a lemon slice wheel).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
