- 22.5 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 22.5 mlSoda (club soda) water

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of skewered green olive and grapefruit wedge.

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda water.

Garnish with grapefruit wedge and skewered olive.
