- 45 mlRosolio Bergamotto
- 22.5 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 22.5 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered green olive and grapefruit wedge.
- 3STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda water.
- 5Garnish with grapefruit wedge and skewered olive.
