Ingredients
- 15 mlReposado tequila
- 22.5 mlElderflower liqueur
- 30 mlRed grapefruit juice
- 90 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist &/or edible white flowers.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir. (Or pour half the sparling wine into the glass first to help reduce foaming and eliminate need to stir.).
- 6Garnish with grapefruit zest twist &/or edible white flowers.
