Ingredients
- 30 mlLight white rum
- 30 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 wedge Lime (fresh)
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- Top up with Prosecco
Method
- 1POUR first 4 ingredients into glass with lime wedges and mint.
- 2Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir).
- 3Fill glass with more crushed ice and TOP with Prosecco.
