  • 15 mlMaple syrup
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Garnish with a mist with aromatic bitters spayed over cocktail.
