- 1 whole Green cardamom pods
- 45 mlVodka
- 45 mlYoghurt liqueur
- 22.5 mlJasmine tea (cold)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
- 3MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients.
- 5SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
