- 25 mlAmontillado sherry
- 12.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 12.5 mlDry vermouth
- 10 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 6 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
