  • 20 mlCalvados apple brandy
  • 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
  • 15 mlGinger liqueur
  • 5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
  • 1 dashCreole bitters
  • 1 dashAromatic bitters

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare skewered crystallised ginger for garnish.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.
