Ingredients
- 50 mlCognac (brandy)
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlBonbon syrup
- 22.5 mlPomegranate juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 30 mlMedium dry cider
- 3 dashAphrodite Bitters
Method
- 1SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 2DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 3TOP up with cider and add bitters onto foam for aroma.
