  • 30 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
  • 22.5 mlOverproof aged light rum
  • 22.5 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
  • 15 mlFalernum liqueur
  • 7.5 mlCinnamon syrup
  • 15 mlPink grapefruit juice
  • 15 mlLime juice
  • 2 dashAbsinthe
  • 1 dashAromatic bitters
  • 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

    Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

    DRY BLEND (without ice) first 9 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.

    Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.

    POUR into chilled glass.

    Garnish with skewered cherry.

    Serve with a straw.
