Ingredients
- 30 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
- 22.5 mlOverproof aged light rum
- 22.5 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 15 mlFalernum liqueur
- 7.5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 15 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 2 dashAbsinthe
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

DRY BLEND (without ice) first 9 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.

Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.

POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish with skewered cherry.
