- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 75 mlBrut sparkling wine
- 10 mlChartreuse Green

Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.

No garnish to prepare.

Briefly STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice (cracked rather than snow).

POUR sparkling wine over the crushed ice.

Finish with a FLOAT of Chartreuse.
