- 1 fresh Egg yolk

- 1Select a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare cinnamon stick for garnish.
- 3REGAL SHAKE all ingredients (including lemon zest).
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Dust with freshly grated cinnamon.
