Ingredients
- 40 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 15 mlFino sherry
- 1 dashCelery bitters
- 90 mlTonic water

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon wheel (dehydrated).

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.

Open shaker and ADD tonic water, then STRAIN into chilled glass.
