Ingredients
- 40 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 15 mlFino sherry
- 1 dashCelery bitters
- 90 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon wheel (dehydrated).
- 3STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4Open shaker and ADD tonic water, then STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
