- 60 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlHoney and water syrup
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 7.5 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare lime slice wheel (ideally dehydrated) for garnish.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with (dehydrated) lime wheel floated on surface.
