- 1 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- Top up with Ginger beer
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel and strawberry slice.
- 3MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
- 4Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6TOP with ginger beer and briefly stir.
- 7Garnish with lemon and strawberry slices.
