- 22.5 mlOverproof brandy
- 22.5 mlDark crème de cacao
- 15 mlCoffee liqueur
- 60 mlHot filter coffee
- 30 mlHeavy/double cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of ground cinnamon.
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients into a pre-heated glass.
- 4TOP with hot coffee.
- 5FLOAT lightly whipped (and preferably heated) cream.
- 6Dust with ground cinnamon.
