Ingredients
- 45 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 30 mlGin
- 10 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlPassion fruit syrup
- 30 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and cranberry bitters or grenadine.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Garnish with drops on cranberry bitters or grenadine on lemon twist (for bloody shark attack).
