- 15 mlOrange Curaçao
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlGingerbread sugar syrup
- 10 mlDry vermouth
- 4 dropVanilla bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest and mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with a mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.
