- 30 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 30 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and fresh strawberry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with strawberry.
