  • 25 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
  • 15 mlBourbon whiskey
  • 15 mlGentian liqueur
  • 25 mlPink grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashOrange bitters
  • 12.5 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    STIR jam and grapefruit juice in base of shaker until jam dissolves.

    Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
