25 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
15 mlBourbon whiskey
15 mlGentian liqueur
25 mlPink grapefruit juice
3 dashOrange bitters
12.5 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Method

STIR jam and grapefruit juice in base of shaker until jam dissolves.

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
