- 2 barspoonOrange marmalade
- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 2 dashOrange bitters
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discarded) and orange wedge.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
