- 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 1.25 mlAbsinthe
- 7.5 mlChilled water
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with skewered cherries.
