- 12.5 mlCognac (brandy)
- 12.5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 12.5 mlLemon juice
- 1 dashAbsinthe
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
