- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 45 mlGin
- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 20 mlPineapple juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
- 3Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds from each half into shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
