Ingredients

- 2 tspLight cream
- 1 tspPowdered sugar
- Juice of 1/2Lemon
- 1Egg white
- Carbonated water
Method
- 1Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes.
- 2Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
