Ingredients
- 40 mlCachaça
- 20 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 10 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 1 dashChocolate bitters
- 10 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR (or THROW) all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
