Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 20 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 whole Egg (white and yolk)
- 45 mlGinger ale

Select and pre-chill a GOBLET GLASS.

Prepare garnish of quarter orange slice wheel.

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger ale.

Garnish with quarter orange slice on rim.
