Ingredients: 1 cube Brown sugar; Creole bitters; Cognac (brandy); Galliano liqueur; Pink grapefruit juice; Pineapple juice; Orange bitters; Pimento bitters; 1 fresh Egg yolk

1 cube Brown sugar
3 dashCreole bitters
75 mlCognac (brandy)
20 mlGalliano liqueur
15 mlPink grapefruit juice
30 mlPineapple juice
1 dashOrange bitters
2 dashPimento bitters
1 fresh Egg yolk

Method

Saturate sugar cube with Peychaud's in base of shaker and MUDDLE thoroughly.

Add cognac and stir to ensure sugar is dissolved.

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
