Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 20 mlCherry brandy
- 10 mlBlood orange juice
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
