- 60 mlLimoncello liqueur
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 30 mlWhipping cream
- 90 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4Open shaker and slowly POUR soda into shaker.
- 5STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 6Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
