Ingredients
- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlMezcal
- 15 mlBitter bianco liqueur
- 7.5 mlChilli liqueur
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlAgave syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
- 3Prepare garnish of thin pineapple slice wheel.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with pineapple slice.
