Ingredients
- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlAbsinthe vermouth
- 10 mlPoire William
- 5 mlBanana liqueur
- 3 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (or in place of ice use cold over frozen river stones to chill to avoid dilution from ice).
