Ingredients
- 4 fresh Basil leaves
- 45 mlLimoncello liqueur
- 30 mlDry vermouth
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 45 mlProsecco
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated lemon slice wheel and basil sprigs.
- 3MUDDLE basil leaves (with stems) in base of shaker.
- 4Add next 4 ingredients (all but prosecco) and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6TOP with prosecco.
- 7Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and basil sprigs.
