Ingredients
- 40 mlApplejack brandy
- 22.5 mlScotch whisky
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlGrenadine syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
