Ingredients
- 15 mlPeated malt whisky
- 60 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlAgave syrup
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 7.5 mlAmer Picon
Method
- 1STIR malt with ice and then strain and discard excess to leave the ice and mixing glass coated.
- 2Add other ingredients and STIR with the coated ice.
- 3Strain into ice-filled glass.
