- 12.5 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 12.5 mlLemon juice
- 12.5 mlLime juice
- 25 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of Green Chartreuse and scorched rosemary sprig.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with a flamed mist of Green Chartreuse and scorched rosemary sprig.
