Ingredients
- 60 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 7.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 7.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlPassion fruit syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and parasol-skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, and edible orchid flower.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass (or tiki mug) filled with crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with pineapple wedge and parasol-skewered maraschino cherry, and edible orchid flower.
- 6Serve with a straw.
